The next page asks for what German law requires in order to identify the contract and act on the cancellation: the kind of termination, which contract it is, your name, something that identifies the contract such as the email address it was taken out with, and the date it should take effect.
You will then receive confirmation electronically, straight away, stating what was cancelled, the date and time it reached us, and the date the contract ends.
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Access continues until then. Nothing further is charged.
