Everything about how this works, in one place.

What you get
Bandcheck is a subscription web service that reads a set of fit complaints and returns the direction to adjust in. You mark what is wrong with a garment you already own — where it digs in, gapes, rides up or slips — from a list of twenty-one complaints across eight parts of the garment, and optionally add a sentence in your own words. The service returns:
- A set of directions — band down a step, cup up a step, a wider or narrower wire — each with the reasoning that connects it to what you marked.
- A list of reasons the complaint may not be a fit problem at all, which is always present and is never empty.
- A reference card, on screen on every plan and as a print version from Ease upward, that you can hold up to a mirror or hand to a fitter.
- From Ease upward, a cross-brand size-label converter covering seven sizing systems, which runs entirely in your browser.
What it does not return is a size. Not as a limitation to be fixed later — as a decision. Sizes are not interchangeable between makers, and a number asserted from a distance would be a guess that somebody else pays for.
Prices are Free $0, Ease $7, Drawer $21 per month, in US dollars, inclusive of VAT. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include VAT (inkl. MwSt.). Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
The allowance
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of service usage:
| Action | Units |
|---|---|
| One question answered in the check | 1 |
| Generating or re-laying-out a reference card | 5 |
- The allowance is a service usage allowance. It is not money, it holds no monetary value, it cannot be redeemed for cash and it cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- Unused allowance does not carry over into the next period.
- There are no top-up packs and no stored balance. If a period's allowance runs out, the only route is a higher plan or waiting for the next period.

Contact
Two direct channels, both answered by a person. There is no contact form on this service, on purpose — a form is a way of not being reachable.

Refunds, withdrawal and cancellation
Cancelling a subscription
Use the cancellation page. You do not need to sign in, you do not need to give a reason, and you will not be shown a discount or an offer to pause on the way through. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access continues until then and nothing further is charged. You receive confirmation electronically straight away, stating what was cancelled, when it reached us and when the contract ends. A cancellation sent by email or by post is equally valid.
Withdrawing from a new contract
A subscription taken out here carries a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For a digital service that right can lapse early, but only if you expressly ask us to begin before the fourteen days are up, separately confirm that you know the right lapses when we do, and we confirm both of those back to you in writing. Checkout asks for those as two independent, unticked boxes and re-checks both on our side. If all three steps have not happened, the fourteen days continue to run. The full explanation and the standard form are on the withdrawal page.
Refunds outside the withdrawal period
If the service did not work as described during a period you paid for, write to us at support@zassamode.com with what happened and we will refund that period to the original payment method. We do not require a reason beyond that and we do not charge a fee for processing one. Where a refund is due it is issued within fourteen days of us agreeing it.
Nothing physical is shipped
Bandcheck is a digital service. There is nothing to deliver, nothing to return and no shipping arrangement. The reference card is something you print yourself.

What we will not answer
What you're describing isn't something a bra fitting can answer. Please speak to a doctor.
Bandcheck is a general information service about where a garment sits. It is not a medical service, it is not a health service, and it gives no medical or health advice of any kind. If what you write describes pain, soreness, numbness, a lump, broken or irritated skin, swelling, or a change on one side only, the service stops and produces no fit guidance at all. The same applies to anything about surgery, recovery, pregnancy, feeding, or a body that is still growing.
This is checked on your own device before anything is sent, and again on our side. It works identically on every plan, including the free one, and it cannot be turned off.
Other limits
- Adults only. An account requires you to be eighteen or over.
- No photographs. We never ask for photos of you. Nothing about your body leaves your device. There is no upload facility on this service — not a disabled one, not one that inspects pictures and rejects them. The entry point does not exist.
- No high-risk use. Output must not be used for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, credit, housing or judicial purposes. See the AI notice and the acceptable use policy.
- Not a shop. We do not sell garments, do not recommend brands and receive nothing from anyone whose products you might end up buying.

Security and payment data
- Every page is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate. There is no unencrypted route into the service.
- Card details are collected and processed by a licensed payment service certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. They are never transmitted to, processed by or stored on our systems, and no page of this service asks for a card number.
- Major credit and debit cards are accepted. The available methods are shown at checkout.
- Requests to the fit check are not written to any log. Nothing you mark or write is stored unless you deliberately save it to a garment record, and nothing is used to train anything.
- Measurements entered into the converter never leave your browser. The arithmetic runs on your own device.
If you believe you have found a security problem, write to support@zassamode.com with the detail and we will acknowledge it within one working day.

Accessibility
The service targets WCAG 2.1 level AA. The hotspot map is fully operable from the keyboard, every direction is stated in words as well as by an arrow, and nothing on the service depends on colour alone. The full statement, and how to tell us about a barrier, is on the accessibility page.
