Pricing

Three plans. The paid ones exist because there is rarely only one garment.

The free plan is enough to work out what is wrong with one. Paying removes the limit and adds the print version and the cross-brand converter — which is what you need once you start working through the drawer.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include VAT (inkl. MwSt.). Every plan is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the cancellation page, without signing in and without speaking to anybody.

Where the line falls

What the free plan holds back, and what it never will.

Held back

The number of checks a month, the watermark on the on-screen card, the print version, and the cross-brand converter. All of it convenience.

Never held back, on any plan

The see-a-doctor notice and the “this may not be a fit problem” field. Both appear in full, unwatermarked, on the free plan. In the code the watermark is applied to the directions block only, and those two fields are rendered outside it, so a paywall cannot reach them.

Why anybody pays

Almost nobody has one garment that is wrong. There are usually five, wrong in different ways, and every time you change brand the comparison starts over. One bought wrong costs more than a year of this.

The allowance

What it is, and what it is not.

What uses it
One question answered in the check1
Generating or re-laying-out a reference card5
Reading an uploaded picturen/a

There is no cost for reading a picture because there is no way to send one. The service has no upload facility.

  • The allowance is a service usage allowance. It is not money, it holds no monetary value, it cannot be redeemed for cash and it cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • Unused allowance does not carry over into the next period.
  • There are no top-up packs and no stored balance. If a period's allowance runs out, the only route is a higher plan or waiting for the next period.

Before you pay

What you will be asked, and why.

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on a subscription taken out here. For a digital service that right can lapse early, but only if three separate things happen: you expressly ask us to start before the fourteen days are up, you separately confirm you know the right lapses when we do, and we confirm both back to you in writing.

So checkout has two independent boxes, neither pre-ticked, and both are re-checked on our side before anything begins. If those three steps have not all happened, your fourteen days keep running and we will not pretend otherwise. There is a standard withdrawal form on the withdrawal page.

Card details are handled by a licensed payment service over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our systems. The whole site is served over HTTPS.
